Registration Terms

Terms and Conditions:

Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training referred to as BACT or BACT Training or BACT Education.

Fees Terms:

• Admission fees is not refundable.
• If the payment is partially installment the balance after first payment will be divided to monthly equal installments end at the course duration finished.
• The installment should be paid on or before 5^th of each month , otherwise 150 AED will be charged to each installment.
• Re assessment should be paid additionally.
• Re support from the instructor should be paid additionally.
• Fees of TQUK  Level 5 Diploma in Education and training access extension is 600 AED per month.
• If you will fail in any Six Mandatory Professional Development Courses test then you need to to pay AED 60 to reattempt test (Note: This is just for Six Mandatory Professional Development Courses).
• Regarding Six Mandatory Professional Development Courses Certificates. You will get online Certificate , and  KHDA attestation fees for each Certificate  will be AED 85.
• The amounts paid by me are non-refundable amounts even in the absence of attendance, unless there are reasons accepted by the Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training.
• I undertake to pay the full amount mentioned in case of interruption of attendance or any other reasons.

Online Terms:

• For online studying 8 hours face to face but it is only according to BACT discretion.
• Six Mandatory Professional Development Courses are opened for 7 days only for each course to finish it. If you need more time, we will charge AED 15 per day.
• For online studying learner will get online live session with the instructor.
• TQUK level 5 diploma in Education and Training is open for 9 months starting from the registration date only to finish it. If you need more time, we will charge AED 600 per month.

Attendance Terms:

• I am committed to attend the Institute on time and not less than 75% of my attendance according to the regulations set by the BACT under the risk of deleting my name.
• I am committed to attend on time and no less than 100% attendance at registration of a BACT MED course.

TQUK

• Regarding TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training duration of studying and assessment is for certain period of  time according to the pre-assessment result. Any other extension duration, learner has to pay additionally.
• Re assessment should be paid additionally.
• Re support from the instructor should be paid additionally.
• TQUK level 5 diploma in Education and Training is open for 9 months starting from the registration date only to finish it. If you need more time, we will charge AED 600 per month.
• In case learner submit the assessment of all modules and then duration of the program has been expired , assessor has the right to extend the access for free according to learner situation for a maximum of 45 days starting the last date of duration.
• Assessment Feedback (Oral session – written documentation)
  • 2 Re-submissions (Free of charge)
  • 3rd resubmission will have a corresponding fee of (600 AED)

Freezing terms:

• Learner can apply to freeze learning with BACT. Freezing learning is not acceptable unless learner receives  approval from BACT administration department in 7 working days from the submission of application.
• Maximum period of freezing is 60 days.
• Learner should be aware that they are responsible for making their self familiar of any changes to course and policies.
• The learner understand that the resumption of learning will start automatically upon expiration of the freezing period

General Terms

• I understand that the validity of registration lasts three months from the day of registration.
• The email of the learner is considered as a valid legal tool of notification, all corresponds to it will be considered notified and received by the learner.
• I abide by the tests conducted by the Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training and understand that I will not get the certificate if I did not pass the test successfully.
• The applicant is subject to an assessment prior to the issuance of the letter of acceptance for a non-refundable amount of AED 460.
• The applicant is subject to an assessment before issuing the acceptance letter.
• Retry fees AED 460 are non-refundable.
• If I wish to transport, I will inform BACT at [email protected] (Transportation allowance is determined by Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training).
• I understand that Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training does not take responsibility in the event of success or acceptance of any one based on the certificate and training and examinations held by Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training.
• I understand that there are cameras in the bact.
• I understand that I can not accept the training until he passed the tribal assessment of training.
• I understand that the percentage of absence and attendance of training will affect the final evaluation result when obtaining the certificate.
• I understand that part of the training can be offered or offered on-line under the supervision of trainers.

Understood that:
Registration for 6 courses to develop teachers’ skills is required for some other conditions
1. Submit a certified copy of a Bachelor’s degree from higher education.
2. A letter proving the work in schools.

Understood that:
Registration for ICDL courses and tests is required for some other conditions
1. Copy of passport and residence.
2. Copy of the UAE identity.
3. A copy of a white background image.
4. Copy of ICDL Skills Card.

– I authorize BACT to verify all documents submitted by me on their own volition.
– Receiving the secondary school or equivalent to join the training program to develop the skills and knowledge to join them to join the labor market help / assistant teacher after the completion of the conditions of employers and does not accept the BACT accept or refuse to any party on the basis of the certificate.
– Certificate costs are not included in the training price.
– In the event that I ask my transfer from any training program for another or a diploma, the sessions I attended will be calculated until the transfer and that BACT can refuse the transfer without giving reasons.
– The hours for which the participant is absent from the total number of sessions shall be calculated unless the administration is informed 48 hours before the date of the meeting.
– In case the student did not get a good minimum in the test for the second time retraining.
– If bact is approved for payment of study fees and fees in batches, payments must be commensurate with the attendance, and the trainee’s entry is prohibited in the event of otherwise.
– BACT has the right to cancel, cancel or discontinue any training program or training course for any person in the event of frequent absence, without deduction of attendance allowances and administrative fees.
– I undertake to abide by the BACT document and in case of violation, I am subject to cancellation of my name or cancellation of the training program.
– You can not change, replace, or transfer the training program after attending the first session.
– Only registrants are allowed to enter the BACT training room.
– I undertake to abide by the applicable rules and conditions set forth by BACT.
– I undertake that all information provided to me at the Institute will remain intellectual property of the House of
– Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training , and I shall not have the right to transfer it to third parties or to copy, copy or photocopy it by any means without the written permission of Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training.
– I pledge to provide the assets of the documents required to complete the training course if requested by the House of Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training.
– I undertake to complete any documents or procedures required by Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training to continue the training course.
– I undertake that the e-mail registered in this document is the approved e-mail for all correspondence relating to us.

The following:

• For applicants through the school and / or institution, their absence should be justified through the school and / or institution exclusively and not for the management of Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training any intervention in this regard.
• For applicants through the school and / or institution, coordination with the Bait Aljouda Consultation and Training should be  done to determine the start dates of their courses / workshops and in writing.
