التعليم المتمايز

تنبض الفصول الدراسية ، الحقيقية أو الافتراضية ، بالحياة عندما تبني الفرص للطلاب لاختيار مسارات المحتوى ، أو عندما يتم تعديل عملية التعلم بناءً على احتياجاتهم ، أو الطرق التي يمكن للطلاب من خلالها إثبات أنهم يعرفون ما تريدهم أن يعرفوه. والتعليم المتمايز هو أسلوب تعليمي مصمم ليُلبي احتياجات جميع المتعلمين حيث جميع الطلاب لديهم نفس الهدف التعليمي. لكن التوجيهات تختلف بناءً على اهتمامات الطلاب وتفضيلاتهم ونقاط قوتهم والنقاط التي بحاجة إلى تحسين.

فبدلاً من تعليم المجموعة بأكملها بطريقة واحدة (مثل المحاضرة) ، يستخدم المعلم مجموعة من الأساليب المختلفة. يمكن أن يشمل ذلك تعليم الطلاب في مجموعات صغيرة أو في جلسات فردية.

يمكن أن يتم تنفيذ التعليم المتمايز بشكل مختلف من فصل دراسي إلى آخر – ومن مدرسة إلى أخرى. لكن هناك بعض الميزات الرئيسية:

Differentiated learning

Classrooms, physical or virtual, come alive when you build in opportunities for students to choose content pathways, when the learning process is adjusted based on their needs, or the ways in which students are able to demonstrate that they know what you want them to know.
and Differentiated learning is a teaching method that tailors instruction to all students’ learning needs. All the students have the same learning goal. But the instruction varies based on students’ interests, preferences, strengths, and
Points need improvement.

Instead of teaching the whole group in one way (like a lecture), a teacher uses a bunch of different methods. This can include teaching students in small groups or in one-on-one sessions.
Differentiated learning can play out differently from one classroom to the next — and from one school to the next.

 But there are a few key features:

 📒📚1- Small work groups: The students in each group rotate in and out. This gives them a chance to participate in many different groups. A group can include a pair of students or a larger group. In all cases, it’s an opportunity for students to learn from each other.
 

📒📚2- Reciprocal learning: Sometimes students become teachers, sharing what they’ve learned and asking classmates questions.

 📒📚3- Continual assessment: Teachers regularly monitor students’ strengths and weaknesses (in both formal and informal ways) to make sure they’re progressing in their knowledge and mastery of schoolwork.
