6️⃣كسب ثقة المستفيدين من الخدمة التعليمية والتعرف على احتياجاتهم والسعي لتحقيقها.

7️⃣الاهتمام بتدريب الهيئة التعليمية والإدارية.

8️⃣الاهتمام بالتغذية الراجعة والحرص على جمع المعلومات وتوثيقها ،لتفهم ردود الأفعال والاستفادة منها لتحسين وتطوير مخرجات النظام المؤسسي.
