Teacher of People of Determination

– Focusing on the weaknesses faced by students of determination and strengthening the positive aspects and strength points .
– Establishing good and positive relations with the children’s parents through the available educational programs for them.
-Apply integration and promote cooperation and positive interaction between people of determination and their ordinary colleagues.
– Providing them with continuous reinforcement during the stages of behavioral, achievement and emotional progress for them.
– Good preparation for oral and written tests to assess their achievement according to what suits each student’s situation.
Thus, we find that the teacher of people of determination has a great role that cannot be ignored. He bears responsibilities that are no less important than the responsibilities of an ordinary classroom teacher.
He takes the disabled child in the right direction, so the child practice the normal life as much as possible

مُعلّم أصحاب الهمم
الشخص المسؤول عن تربية الأجيال وإعدادهم لمواجهة تحديات الحياة والنهوض بالمجتمع وتطوره هو المعلم. ومع بداية الاهتمام بالأطفال المعاقين أصبح هنالك معلمين أكفاء مختصّين للتعامل مع هؤلاء الأطفال ولكن يختلف دور معلم أصحاب الهمم الأطفال عن دور المعلم العادي فمثلاً:
– يجب أن يتمتع معلم أصحاب الهمم بالنضج ويكون مدرباً ومؤهلاً لهذه المهنة.
– يتعامل معهم وفقا لخصائصهم النفسية وسلوكياتهم واحتياجاتهم وميولهم واهتماماتهم، ويراعي الفروق الفردية ومراحل النمو التي يمرُّ بها كلِّ تلميذ.
– يتبع الطرق والأساليب والأنشطة التي تتناسب مع مستوياتهم وظروفهم المختلفة.
– اختيار البرامج التربويّة التي تقوم بتوثيق صلة الفرد بمجتمعه وتعديل نظرة المجتمع إليه، وإزالة الشعور بالوحدة والانعزال الناجم عن وجود الإعاقة.
– التركيز على نقاط الضعف التي يعاني منها الطلبة من أصحاب الهمم وتقوية الجوانب الإيجابية ونقاط القوة.
– إقامة علاقات جيدة وإيجابية مع أولياء الأطفال في ضوء البرامج التربويّة والتّعليميّة المتاحة لهم.
– تطبيق الدمج وتعزيز التعاون والتفاعل الإيجابي بين أصحاب الهمم وزملائهم العاديين.
– تقديم التعزيز لهم بشكل مستمر خلال مراحل التقدم السلوكي والتحصيلي والانفعالي لهم.
– الإعداد الجيد للاختبارات الشفهية والكتابية لتقييم تحصيلهم وفقا لما يناسب حالة كل طالب.
وهكذا نجد أن لمعلم أصحاب الهمم دورٌ كبيرٌ لا يمكن تجاهله فيقع على عاتقه مسؤوليات لا تقل في أهميتها عن مسؤوليات معلم الصف العادي
فهو يأخذ بيد الطفل المعاق تجاه الطريق الصحيح فيمارس الطفل الحياة الطبيعية قدر المستطاع.
